# Entervista
> A network of local businesses set up so AI assistants can complete tasks directly: read real prices, request quotes, place orders, book appointments. No login, no CAPTCHA, every request gets a structured answer.

## Flow (service businesses, e.g. plumbers)
1. GET /api/v1/businesses?q=plumber&zip=33012 (or MCP search_businesses)
2. GET /api/v1/businesses/{slug}/service-area?zip=33012 -> {serves: true|false, alternatives}
3. GET /api/v1/businesses/{slug}/services/{sku}/requirements -> the exact questions to ask the customer
4. POST /api/v1/businesses/{slug}/requests {service_sku, intake_answers, customer{name,phone,address{line1,zip}}, preferred_time, slot_start?} -> ref + customer_token + total/estimate + offered_slots
5. Show the human the total. When they say yes: POST /api/v1/requests/{ref}/approve {customer_token, slot_start?}
6. GET /api/v1/requests/{ref}?customer_token=... until booked / confirmed. Later statuses: final_quote_ready (approve again), awaiting_payment (give payment_url, or pay in-chat: POST /api/v1/requests/{ref}/pay {customer_token, payment_token} with a Stripe shared payment token spt_... issued by your wallet; MCP tool pay_request at /mcp/checkout), completed.
Read-only agents (GET only): ask the customer the questions from step 3, then hand them https://entervista.ai/b/{slug}?service={sku}&{field_id}={answer}&zip=…&line1=…&name=…&phone=… — the form opens filled in; they tap Continue and Approve.
Availability is live: GET /api/v1/businesses/{slug}/availability returns only windows with a free technician right now (booked jobs, the owner's blocked time, phone bookings and crew size are already subtracted). Trust it over the hours; a window it doesn't list cannot be booked (SLOT_UNAVAILABLE).
Errors are structured: MISSING_INFORMATION lists the exact missing questions; OUT_OF_SERVICE_AREA lists alternatives; SERVICE_NOT_OFFERED lists closest services; CLOSED gives next_open.
