Privacy policy

Entervista is operated by Entervista, Inc. It is a network where local businesses publish their services so AI assistants (any assistant: Muse, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others) can request quotes and bookings on a customer's behalf. This page says what we store and why.

Business owners (the app)

Phone number: used to sign you in with a one-time code and to text you about requests. Not sold, not shared with advertisers.
Business profile: name, address, hours, services, prices, service area, license number, links to your Google/Facebook/Instagram pages. This is public by design: it is what customers and their AI assistants read.
Requests: the quotes and bookings customers send you, their answers and photos, and what you replied.
Payouts: if you turn on online payment, Stripe creates a connected account for your business and holds your identity and bank details under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement; we only store your Stripe account id and whether payouts are enabled.
Device token: if you allow notifications, so we can push new requests to your phone.

Voice messages: If you choose to record a message, Entervista sends the short recording to OpenAI through our server to turn it into editable text. Entervista does not save the audio recording or put it in conversation history or application logs; only the transcript you choose to send becomes a conversation message. OpenAI's standard API settings may retain submitted content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days.

Customers (people whose assistant uses the network)

Name, phone, service address, answers to the service questions, photos you attach, and the request history. Shared only with the business you chose, and only after you approve.
Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

What we don't do

No ads, no selling data, no ranking for money.
No AI voice calls to anyone.
We don't track you across other apps or sites.

Deleting your data

Business owners: in the app, Settings → Delete my account. This unpublishes your listings immediately, detaches them from your phone number, and disconnects payouts; the same works at /app. Past requests stay visible to the customers who made them. Customers: email support@entervista.ai with the request reference and we delete your details within 30 days.
