Terms of service

Entervista is a service of Entervista, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By listing a business on Entervista you agree to:

Publish only true information: real prices, real service area, real license.
Answer requests within the response time you set, or pause your listing.
Honor a price the customer approved unless the job turns out to be different from what was described, in which case you send a new price before doing more work.
Not use the network to contact customers for anything other than their request.

Customers agree that a request becomes binding when they approve it, and that cancellations follow the business's stated policy.

Entervista connects you; it does not perform the work and is not a party to the job. Listings are free. Ranking is never sold.

Payments and fees

Online payment is optional. When a business turns it on, customers pay through Stripe; the business receives the money in its own Stripe connected account, minus a platform fee that Entervista shows the business before it turns payments on, and Stripe's card processing fees. Businesses that do not turn on online payment collect from the customer directly and pay Entervista nothing. Refunds for a job are between the customer and the business; Entervista can reverse a payment on a business's request.

Neutrality

Every AI assistant gets the same data and the same tools. Entervista does not favor one assistant, and business data belongs to the business: you can export or delete it at any time.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the bottom changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
